Home Health Medical Equipment, INC was founded in Norfolk NE in 1982 by a man named W.A. (Bill) Stoural. This family owned business was rooted on the “family always comes first” values. The business expanded on to Ainsworth in 1988 and shortly after added a location in Valentine.  Bill, who once lived in Iowa, decided to open a store in Harlan IA in 1990 and then to O’Neill NE.  Bill was previously in the office equipment business. After a short retirement period, he noticed this area was in need of a Medical Supply store that carried the kind of equipment that would help our senior citizens stay independent in their own homes. Home Health started small, but very soon out grew their small space and expanded their building as well as their inventory.  Bill and his wife Betty had five children: Vicki, Kevin, Tammi, Brad and Terry. Most of them worked for Home Health at one point in their lives however, Terry Stoural took over as President of the company after Bill retired. Terry carried the torch of the family business for roughly fifteen years before retiring himself.
